Okay. You don't need seven bedrooms. The Old Bull has a separate upstairs apartment. It has its own access door, a private stairs, and a separate parking space. Why not live in the four bedrooms with two baths downstairs and rent the upstairs out for 500-600 pounds a month. That could help take care of part of the mortgage and you will always have someone in the house if you are away on holiday or living in London during the week.
